As with the Blue Bayou, the Blue Lagoon is set inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, so a must for us. We have eaten here a couple of years ago and hoped our return visit would be as good. Our server was Bintou who was delightful, her English was limited but way better than our French! Dan had : Scallops in a fragrant curry sauce , very nice, followed by duck kebabs, served rare but very tender with a vegetable timbale and citrus sauce. J had: Large prawns ( shell on) with basil salsa on a bed of green beans, courgettes sweet potatoes and thyme, delicious, followed by an apricot and pistaccio tart, mmm! But the waitress's fatal error was to bring 2 spoons! We had 2 coffees and this totalled E81 inc our AP holders 10% off. We had a lovely table right upto the water and merrily toasted ( with our bottle of Cotes du Rhone) all the passing crew members on PotC. Not convinced if they thought we were part of the ride.
