Brown Derby at Disney Studios

We booked a Fantasmic Package for late afternoon as we simply adore the show and the Brown Derby's food is the best in the park, for a set price (Adult: $36.99 + tax and tip) you enjoy 3 courses. We were seated in a booth and had a long leisurely meal to rest our feet! We have eaten here before and were not disappointed a second time.
J had to start: Arugla(rocket) salad with orange and pecans, light and delicious followed by Grouper on a bed of asparagus, which was equally scrummy. Dessert was Creme Brulee, perfect.
D's meal was crab cake to begin and the Rack of Lamb ( rare) on mash with a red wine sauce, absolutely divine. Dessert was the Celebration Choc mousse, see pic. We shared a bottle of Ravenswood CA Zinfandel, Cappuccino for J and Grand Marnier for D and a bottle of Pelligrino. Totalling $ 139 inc tax.

This brought back fond memories of our HBD Fantasmic Dinner Package last year. The lamb just melted in the mouth and I seem to remember a very nice cocktail here as well. We think HBD is a quiet haven from the bustle of MGM, and as you say it's a great place to rest your feet!

    Fantastic review!

Maybe we will give this place a try again, our first trip here was disappointing.
